The Cacao Tree is part of the Taurus Crafts
Centre situated just outside the town of Lydney, Gloucestershire, on the A48 between
Gloucester and Chepstow.
Meander around the Taurus Craft Centre and follow your
nose to its chocolate shop.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
All orders are subject
to availability. Orders are despatched after
cleared payment. We do not despatch any orders
on Fridays so that parcels are not waiting in
post office depots for longer than necessary.
All parcels are sent Royal Mail 1st class. Please
ensure there will be someone available to receive the parcel
as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels or parcels
not received. You should receive your parcel within 7 days
of cleared payment. Any orders which are to be
delivered outside the UK please ask for a
separate postage quote. If you wish to make any
changes to your order, this must be done within
24 hours of placing the order. If a product is
out of stock, we will inform you as soon as
possible and in the event of the order being
reduced or cancelled, we will refund you any
monies due. All orders will be confirmed by
email wherever possible.
RETURNS
In the event of you not being happy
with your purchase, the items should be returned
within 48 hours and on receipt of the returned
chocolate we will issue you with a refund. All
returned parcels should include your details and
reason for return. We recommend that parcels are
returned via 'signed for' post as we cannot
refund for a parcel not received. Please note
though that we do not refund any postage costs.
